📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Prepare and maintain food and beverage inventory.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the team's success.,Assist in the preparation of special dishes and events as needed.,Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
