📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Ensure the branch meets sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor and report branch performance to the regional manager.
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
