📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to optimize stock levels,Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives and programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Proficient in inventory management and sales tracking,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends
