As a Deputy Telesales, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, supporting our Telesales officers in achieving our sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist Telesales officers in contacting potential customers and explaining our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.,Assist in training and mentoring new Telesales officers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Good understanding of the local market and customer needs.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations.
