Bold One Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in their daily operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining and updating the company's financial records and ledgers.,Preparing and submitting monthly financial reports to management.,Processing and verifying invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Assisting in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Supporting the finance team in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.,Assisting in the preparation of payroll for employees and contractors.,Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good understanding of financial reporting and analysis.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAPOracle).Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Time management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
