📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and distribution.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on medication use and health-related issues.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely prescription fulfillment.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service and knowledge.,Manage and maintain pharmacy records, including patient histories and medication information.,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in the pharmaceutical field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmacy laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with pharmacy management software is a plus.,Valid Apoteker license and membership with the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (IAP).
