📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead financial planning and forecasting activities for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor budget performance and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their financial skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Strong proficiency in financial software, including Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Certifications in financial analysis or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
