📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflow and improve processes.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documents for internal and external use.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide support to the team in resolving operational issues and challenges.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
