Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documents to ensure estimates are comprehensive and accurate.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address any discrepancies or issues in the estimates.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and cost-saving opportunities to optimize project budgets.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.Provide regular progress reports and updates to project managers and other stakeholders.Mentor and train junior estimators to maintain and enhance the team's skills and knowledge.Participate in project meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in the residential or commercial construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor rates, and equipment costs.Proficiency in using estimation software and other relevant tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.🛠️ Keahlian
