📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient retail processes.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop retail staff to enhance customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the Outlet Manager in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
