In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Section Head in managing and leading a team of employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Section Head in managing and supervising a team of employees.,Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the department.,Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.,Support the Section Head in managing budgets and resources.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Maintain a safe and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
