📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient running.,Manage and mentor a team of employees to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor branch finances and prepare reports for management.,Represent the company at local events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven experience in leading and managing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer needs.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.
