📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media metrics and insights to management.,Assist in the development of social media campaigns and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven experience in creating and managing social media content.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.,Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.
