As a Drafter Arsitektur & Struktur, you will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate technical drawings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. Your work will be essential in translating complex design concepts into clear and precise blueprints, ensuring that every detail is accounted for in the construction process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed and accurate technical drawings for architectural and structural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are accurately represented in drawings.
• Review and approve drawings to maintain consistency and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract drawings.
• Maintain and update drawing files and records.
• Participate in design reviews and meetings to discuss and refine project details.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in architectural or structural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and standards is a plus.
