📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Support the HR Manager in managing the HR department's day-to-day operations
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
- Ability to travel for business purposes
