📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Workday.
• Conduct performance appraisals and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, benefits, and termination procedures.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities and recognizing employee achievements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data and performance evaluations.
• Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions, in a fair and professional manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in human resources to continuously improve our HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on the healthcare sector preferred.
• Certification in HR management or a related field, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
