Space Byte Pratama is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our hybrid team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger accounts, including daily journal entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing monthly financial statements.,Process and record all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external auditors.,Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and management of the accounts payable process.,Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts and projections.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate bank records.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Indonesian GAAP (GAK).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
