📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Assist with IT projects and upgrades as needed.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Provide training and documentation to employees on IT systems and applications.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.,Maintain and update IT inventory records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Experience with ITIL framework is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.
