📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions and expenses.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate better terms.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of purchasing strategies.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
