Central Shine Abadi is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Lead HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring the company's HR strategies align with its business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals.,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Lead HR training and development initiatives for managers and employees.,Coordinate with senior management to address HR-related issues and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with the last 5 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing a team and leading HR projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
