📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the internal audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify and assess internal control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.,Conduct audits of financial statements, operations, and processes.,Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.,Develop and implement internal audit policies and procedures.,Supervise and mentor junior auditors.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective internal audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Proven ability to lead and mentor junior auditors.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Familiarity with risk management principles and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
