City Shop Abadi is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure effective product placement and promotions.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
