As an Outlet Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure the store aligns with company goals and initiatives.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is advantageous.
