📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, pies, and breads, to meet customer demand and restaurant specifications.,Ensure all pastries are prepared according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Keep up-to-date with current culinary trends and techniques.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, following all health and safety guidelines.,Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock control.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in preparing and baking a variety of pastries.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Familiarity with culinary software and equipment.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
