In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and expanding our presence across the Sumatera region. As a Regional Sales Executive, you will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, as well as building and managing a territory of distributors and end-users. Your primary goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets, while also driving the development of new products and services.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Manage a territory of distributors and end-users, providing them with the necessary support and resources.
• Drive the development of new products and services to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Sumatera region and its market dynamics.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
