📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Assist customers with their laundry needs and provide product recommendations,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist in stock management and inventory control,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience,Promote our services and products to attract new customers,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems,Customer-centric approach and a passion for providing great service,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
