In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our RtR (Real-time Revenue) process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the RtR process, including revenue recognition, accounting, and reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.,Develop and maintain financial processes and controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.,Provide financial guidance and support to the RtR process team, including training and mentoring.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the overall financial planning of the business.,Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Experience with financial reporting and analysis, including revenue recognition and financial close processes.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.,Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
