📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality assurance and quality control inspections on trackwork and civil construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.,Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for trackwork and civil construction activities.,Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Identify and document quality issues, defects, and non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.,Conduct tests and evaluations to verify the performance and durability of trackwork and civil construction elements.,Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of quality issues.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior QA/QC engineers and project teams.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and reports for regulatory and internal review purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/QC for trackwork and civil construction projects.,In-depth knowledge of railway trackwork and civil construction standards, specifications, and regulations.,Proficiency in quality control techniques, testing methods, and inspection procedures.,Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and workmanship.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often under tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for quality management and documentation.
