📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources.,Ensure that construction work is carried out in accordance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.,Inspect and test construction materials, equipment, and finished work to ensure compliance with project requirements.,Monitor project progress and performance, and take corrective action as necessary to meet project objectives.,Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation to stakeholders.,Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Mentor and train junior engineers and site staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards, as well as Japanese construction practices.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Experience with construction management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
