As an Associate Legal Officer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the HR department, ensuring that all HR policies and practices are in compliance with Indonesian and international laws. You will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, and you will provide legal guidance on employment-related matters, including contract negotiations, terminations, and disputes.

๐ Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide legal advice and support to the HR department on employment-related matters, including contract negotiations, terminations, and disputes.
- Ensure that all HR policies and practices are in compliance with Indonesian and international laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in consultation with the HR team.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on employment-related issues, and prepare legal memoranda and reports.
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of employment contracts, including collective bargaining agreements.
- Provide training and guidance to HR staff on employment-related legal issues.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and practices, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian and international employment laws, and advise the HR team accordingly.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR law or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR staff and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant legal software.
