📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the education service units, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement innovative educational programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality education.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of educational programs and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among educators.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards.
• Represent the education office at various forums and events to promote educational excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, community members, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of educational policies, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using educational management software such as SIMPATIKA, SIMAK, or similar systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
