As a Data Analytics & Supplier Quality Engineer at Renesas Electronics in Canggu, Bali, you'll be responsible for analyzing supplier performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance quality and efficiency. You'll use advanced analytics tools and techniques to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to our suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze supplier performance data using tools such as Python, R, and SQL to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance supplier quality and efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve quality defects.
• Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track supplier performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Renesas Electronics' quality standards and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, supplier quality engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to supplier sites as needed.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
