📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for interior and exhibition projects using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Estimating software.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure cost estimates align with project requirements and timelines.
• Analyze project specifications and materials to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for client reviews and approvals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and cost-saving strategies to enhance our competitive edge.
• Manage and track project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Provide cost-related advice and support to the design and project teams.
• Prepare and submit tender documents and proposals to potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimating for interior or exhibition projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Estimating software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
