📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the oil palm estate, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Implement and monitor agricultural best practices, including land preparation, planting, and harvesting.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the health of the palm trees and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with engineers and other stakeholders to implement infrastructure projects and maintain the estate.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all workers, implementing and enforcing safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the agriculture or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations in a plantation environment.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, including oil palm cultivation, land preparation, and harvesting.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and GIS mapping tools.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas as needed.
