📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure timely and correct billing and payment processing using POS systems
• Handle cash transactions and manage cash drawer
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
• Follow all health and safety protocols and restaurant standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front of house role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Familiarity with Indonesian culture and local customs is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
