You'll use tools like FrontDesk and Square to manage reservations, payments, and guest interactions seamlessly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Manage reservations and check-ins using FrontDesk and Square.
• Handle payments and transactions accurately, using POS systems and other relevant software.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, following health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues raised by guests.
• Collaborate with the café team to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software, and other relevant hospitality tools.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali.
